| LIFETIME SNOWLOAD WARRANTY Construction Services, warrants that after completion of the building the trusses will structurally withstand the snowloads for which it is designed for the lifetime of the building. |
| 10 YEAR ROOF LEAK WARRANTY Construction Services, for a period of 10 years will repair without any charge any roof leaks due to defects in material and/or workmanship supplied by Construction Services. |
| LIFETIME TREATMENT WARRANTY Construction Services, for the lifetime of the original purchaser, warrants to the purchaser that all pressure treated poles/columns used in Construction Services buildings, when properly installed as vertical supports in storage sheds or similar structures, will resist decay or insect attack. |
| 25 YEAR SYSTEM WARRANTY Construction Services, for a period of 25 years warrants our colored steel panels against peeling, cracking, checking, flaking, blistering, chalking and fading (per astm 0-2244-85). |
| WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY Construction Services, warrants that the building is free of defects in material and/or workmanship supplied by Construction Services for a period of 2 years. |
